When Joe decided to launch a little shop in Paris serving pasta he had one challenge: How do you serve pasta on the go?
Inspired by street paddlers serving fries in paper-cones he invented the cornetto. Today, the cornetto is an indispensable item for take away pasta and Joe is proud every time a cornetto has accomplished its mission: offering you great tasting pasta!
Our model is as simple as using quality ingredients & love when preparing your food, just as your mother would!
Casajoe is now developing in the UK and the first shop is scheduled to open in 2010 in London. |
